Welcome to join the "Haixi Pharma" family and undertake our common mission together.
First of all, I sincerely thank all of you who have come from across the world to join Haixi Pharma. I hope that from the moment you joined us, and at every moment you spend here, Haixi will be more than a workplace for you--it will be the place where your build your career and achieve success.
At Haixi, we share a common ideal and a common vision: To bring the best medicines to the Chinese people.! To realize this vision requires long-term, sustained effort.. Together as a team, we journeyed from the last the Year of the Dragon to this one, completing our first twelve years of growth. Along the way, we have overcome countless difficulties and achieved the first stage of significant progress. But for us, this is only the beginning- greater achievements and brighter success for Haixi lie ahead in the future.
This also means we still have a long road to travel. “The iron-like pass is hard as steel, yet with each new step we begin anew.” . The process will not be easy, nor will it always go smoothly-we will often face difficulties and setbacks. But ultimately, when you overcome every obstacle on the path forward , I hope each of you can feel a deep sense of accomplishment. Work may be challenging, but the journey must be fulfilling.. The pressure we feel every day is real, yet so is the impact of every medicine we develop, which brings tangible benefits to countless patients. For this, each of us should feel proud.
At the same time, Haixi Pharma must be a standardized, professional and disciplined team. Through this platform, you will not only deepen your expertise and sharpen your professional capabilities, but also embody strong professional ethics. This includes the values we uphold: integrity, kindness, fairness, justice, responsibility, the principled conduct, and perseverance from beginning to end. These are not only expectation of you, but also requirements for each of us. I hope that within ou company you always feels positive energy, and that our team is one defined by the highest standards of professionalism.
Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to every colleague who has ever worked, fought, and contributed at Haixi. Every success we have achieved is inseparable from the collective efforts of our team. That is why success must be shared with everyone—so that each person receives the economic rewards they deserve.
Ten, twenty, thirty years from now, when you look back on your journey with Haixi, I hope you will be able to say: At Haixi, I did not waste my time. I found my career here, I developed so many good medicines. I helped bring the best medicines to the people in China. I felt the accomplishment of a a fulfilling career. I was part of an organization with a mission. I felt respected, recognized, and valued. And I received financial rewards beyond my expectations. This is my greatest wish.
